Dylan Raiola injury update: Nebraska QB gets hurt vs USC

Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola suffered an injury against Southern California.

The injury happened in the third quarter of the contest as the Cornhuskers were in Trojan territory. Raiola dropped back for a pass but the USC defensive line collapsed in on him. Defender Anthony Lucas knocked the ball out of Raiola’s hand and he awkwardly went down with his right ankle getting twisted in the process.

USC recovered the fumble, but Raiola stayed on the ground holding his ankle as medical personnel attended to him.

Raiola is 10-for-15 with 91 passing yards and a touchdown in the contest, leaving the game with Nebraska leading 14-6.

He was seen on the NBC broadcast hobbling on the sideline while USC had the ball.

He left the medical tent a few moments later but stayed on the sideline.
